Through the Sporting Chance program, Girls Incorporated National developed and researched age-appropriate curriculum that gives girls a chance to compete and cooperate with confidence, take physical risks and master a range of physical skills. Our Jump, Jive & Wellness program keeps girls active.  Our Keeping Healthy Keeping Safe program reinforces living a healthy lifestyle through its nutrition and wellness curriculum while the Health Bridge program connects our girls and their families with affordable medical, wellness, and other healthcare services in their geographic area such as Dallas Healthy Start and Parkland Community Health Centers. The Preventing Adolescent Pregnancy program, including Will Power/Won't Power is researched-based, age-appropriate and designed at each level to encourage abstinence and responsible decision-making. Project BOLD is also a research-based, age-appropriate curriculum and helps girls practice, under the supervision of trained instructors, the skills, attitudes and behaviors that will enhance their ability to stay safe in a variety of situations.
