Operation SMART

Empowered & Exemplary Programs

Operation SMART (Science, Math and Relevant Technology) gets girls excited about science, math and technology. This program is designed for girls ages 6-18, and includes hands-on projects, field trips and experiments that give girls the opportunity to explore, ask questions and increases scientific literacy and numeric skills. It was piloted first by Girls Incorporated of Metropolitan Dallas for our national affiliate. Corporate and community volunteers who mentor girls compliment the program by providing individualized support, guidance and role modeling.
