Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas is kicking off its Summer Camps and Teen Institutes! All activities are designed with girls and young women in mind to spark their interests, build their skills and explore the world around them.

Summer Camps are held weekly from June 17 through August 09, 2013 and are open to all girls, ages 6-14. The camps are held from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. The cost for all 8 weeks is $200 ($30 additional membership fee for new members). Camp sessions are divided into the following groups: 1st through 3rd grade, 4th and 5th grade; and 6th through 8th grade. Curriculum and activities are targeted toward each age group, their interest and abilities. Camps are held at four Girls Inc. campuses in Dallas. 


The Teen Institutes are held weekly from June 24-August 09, 2013 and are open to young women in grades 9-12. The Institutes are held from 8:00 a.m to 5:00p.m., Monday-Friday. The cost for 7 different week-long institutes is $175 ( $205 for non-members). Young ladies will learn the value and fun of sharing experiences in an all-girl environment with caring, trained adults serving as mentors and role models. All activities are designed with young women in mind to spark their interests, build their skills and explore the world around them.
